Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Processing times may be longer during high-volume periods, promotions, or holidays.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

International: 7–21 business days (varies by destination and customs)

International Shipping & Customs
We ship to select international destinations.

Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees charged by their country.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections or clearance procedures.
Tracking Information

Tracking details are sent once your order is shipped from the Makingweb fulfillment centre.

Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after shipment.

If tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your package, please contact the carrier first, then notify us so we can assist if needed.

Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer
Once an order leaves the Makingweb warehouse, delivery is controlled by the carrier.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Orders returned to our 3PL due to address errors or failed delivery attempts may incur return and reshipment fees, which may be deducted from any refund or charged before reshipping.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order is lost or arrives damaged:

Contact us within 7 days of delivery or expected delivery date

Provide your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging if damaged
We will work with Makingweb and the carrier to investigate and determine whether a replacement or refund is appropriate.
